3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
  • All orders placed through Darling’s are prepaid orders only.
  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information at the time of placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or technical errors on the website.
  • If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to a genuine technical or pricing error, Darling’s may cancel the order and provide an applicable refund to the customer.


4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • Placing an order on the website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
  • An order is considered accepted once Darling’s has successfully processed and confirmed the order.
  • We may contact the customer for order verification or clarification where reasonably necessary.
  • If we are unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be informed and any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time across India is 5–7 working days.
  • For deliveries within Jaipur, the estimated delivery time is 24 hours to 3 working days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
  • Darling’s is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by Darling’s Return, Exchange, Refund, Shipping & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our return policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours from the date and time the order is placed.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
